Anchor Session: $500, pay after the session
Structure: A 90-minute one-on-one diagnostic session. We identify where you lose the most time in your business and design a 30-day plan to remove it. Within 24 hours you receive a written Constraint Removal Plan.
Guarantee: You don't pay unless you leave with your top constraint identified and a clear 30-day plan in hand.
Expected Outcomes: Clarity on the single biggest drain on your time, a written plan you can act on immediately, and a sense of where your business needs you most right now.
Anchored Year: $10,000 ($850/month for 12 months)
Purpose: Discover the vision for your business so you can start aligning your work towards it. All the planning of the Anchored Accelerator without the daily accountability. Ideal if you need to decide on your path before you start implementing towards it.
Structure: A 12-month engagement in two phases
Phase 1, Days 1 to 90 (Accelerator): Kickoff session, bi-weekly coaching sessions, daily check-ins, and Progress Scorecard. This is the intensive phase where we remove your top constraint and build momentum.
Phase 2, Days 91 to 365 (Graduation): Bi-weekly sessions continue (24 total across the year), with the focus shifting from intensive support to building your independence. Includes:*One Employee Unlock Session *Emergency Anchor Calls available when something urgent hits *Year-End Anchor Review.
Faith integration runs through the whole engagement. We seek God's direction together, not as an add-on but as the foundation.

Ongoing coaching for graduates who want sustained accountability and counsel.
- Twice monthly: $9,000/year ($750/month, 12-month commitment)
- Once monthly: $4,500/year ($375/month, 12-month commitment)
